Terms and Conditions

Players
1. The Promotion is open to persons aged 18 years or over and are resident in the Republic of South Africa. Proof of age may be required. Employees of TEAMtalk Media Group pty (or any of its group companies or affiliates), or anyone associated with this Promotion may not enter. Entry to the Promotion is free.

2. Players are required to register at www.football365.co.za/predictor or via http://www.f365.fs.co.za, in order to enter the competition. Only one account is allowed per person. Multiple accounts will be closed. Only one entry per match week is allowed per person. If the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe that multiple accounts have been opened, all such accounts shall be closed and all entries by such player will be disqualified.

3. Players will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this Promotion.

4. The Promoter will keep details of any entry that you make. By entering the Promotion you allow us to see and share this information with TEAMtalk Media Group and companies including for sales, marketing and market research purposes and to send you information by mail about our products/services. We will not share your customer data with any third parties. This will replace any previous instructions relating to receiving marketing communications, which you may have made to any TEAMtalk Media company.

The Competition
5. The weekly Predictor Promotion closes prior to kickoff (unless specified). Once the weekly competition has closed entrants cannot change their weekly predictions. Once an entry has been submitted, it can be changed as many time as you like before the closing time at http://www.f365.fs.co.za. In order to enter the Promotion, Players must predict the correct results for all fixtures for the relevant week and make a prediction of the outright champions, this will be used in case of tiebreaker.

6. The Promotion is made up of two distinct competitions South African Premier League and English Premier predictors, and may include others by the Promoter. The winners of each will be determined in the following way:
1. Points Allocation
a. Home win – 2 points
b. Away win – 2 points
c. Draw – 3 points
d. FULLHOUSE BONUS – 4 points for English Premier, 3 points for AFCON 2010. A Fullhouse is based on correctly predicting all games within a week.

7. Bonus Prizes
Prizes may be introduced during the Promotion. These will be in addition to the prizes outlined. In the event that additional prizes are introduced, the Promoter will ensure that players are made aware of any additional terms and conditions as may be applicable.

8. When judging a tie, the tiebreaker will be implemented and decided by comparing your tie-breaker predictions to the actual relevant league table or competition (Submitted when entering your team). If your choice for 1st is lying 3rd on the table, you get 2 points. The same applies for your choice for 2nd, 3rd and 4th. The player, involved in the tie, with the lowest tiebreaker score, will be determined the winner. If there is still a tie after this process, the prize will be split.

9. Match results used are as published by PA Sport . These will be used to determine final league positions and winners for all competitions.

10. If any predictor match is abandoned or not completed (i.e. less than 90mins played) the match will be considered void. If postponed, we will endevour to add the new fixture to the competition.

11. Betting or Gaming prizes will not be offered to players who (i) have self excluded from any Betting and Gaming product; (ii) are based in countries from which is illegal to make such transactions.

12. There is no cash alternative to the non-cash prizes and unless agreed otherwise in writing the prizes are non-refundable and non transferable.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of them) for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.

14. The Promoter will not be liable for prizes that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

Winners
15. Winners will be notified by email or telephone.

16. A full list of prize winners by name will be available in the results sections of the predictor website via http://www.f365.fs.co.za .

17. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept a prize or cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

18. The winners agree to co-operate with the Promoter and its associated companies in any post-event publicity.

19. Allow 28 days for delivery of prizes.

Submission of entries
20. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.

21. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond the their control and for any act or default of any third party supplier. The terms and conditions of any third party supplier will apply to the prize where applicable.

Promoter
22. The Promoter's decision is final and legally binding on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with the game Rules or Terms and conditions will be disqualified.
